The rain kept coming down, which limited use and made it difficult to make restaurant reservations.

Pleasant stay but could have been better.
Everything was very close to each other which saved on exhausting and unnecessary walking.
I had some issues. I booked my stay and when I arrived I tried paying with my debit card. the sameone I reserved with. I don't know what the issue was but they said the card wasn't working. I don't understand what the issue was because I just arrived on an Uber from Santiago and just paid with my card. I did not want to use my credit card which maybe they were forcing me to do. I ended going to an ATM in a few minutes away and withdrawing the funds. Again made no sense they were not accepting my card. Also, when went to our room... one of the 2 sinks was leaking water because the drain pipe wasn't connected. The other sink was not working at all. We managed to hook up the pipe and fix the leak. AC wasn't the best, but the worse was the # of horse flies in the room. We must have killed 10 to 15 and then the next day another 10. I think there maybe an issue with the vent system allowing the flies infiltrate the room.
