I was good.
The buffet and the coffee shop.
The edge of the beach was too dirty and the iron table is too I confortable.

Satisfied but more improvement is needed.
Hotel was small and easy to navigate. I personally like medium to small hotels.
More improvement can be made on maintenance of the rooms, especially the air conditioners.

Great family hotel with great food and amenities!
I've always wanted to visit this place, specially with my kids. The small pool is a great benefit for parents with kids that are leaning to swim and you want to spend the time with them in a controlled environment.
Rooms where not complete at the moment of actually going in. No soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc. We couldn't go into a restaurant the first night. Trying to contact the hotel via phone is a nightmare (Even the Credit Card concierge said it was almost impossible to contact the hotel). There was one particular lady at the reception that when I called (the day that I booked) didn't want to assist me with a request and a change. Amex concierge had to jump in and address the request (thank you Amex!!) It was also pretty packed when I was there.
